The Purchasing of Artwork is Easy!

Step 1. Send me an email with the title of the
              work you wish to buy, include in the email
              your shipping address. My email address
              is: alannamarohnic@gmail.com .

Step 2. I will email you a quote that will include taxes
              (when applicable) and shipping charges to your
              location.

Step 3. Once you receive the quote, and feel satisfied
              with it, confirm with me that you would like to
              purchase the work.

Step 4. You have the option of paying with Paypal,
               Interac, direct deposit, cheque, or money order.

Step 5. Once I have received your payment, I will have
               the artwork prepared for shipping and sent to you!

Returns

I want you to be completely and totally happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are not, here is my return policy: No returns will be accepted without my prior consent. No returns will be accepted later than 30 days from the date on the receipt. Return postage will be split between the purchaser and myself.

Damage Claims

I take great care in packing my work for shipping because it is important to me that you receive your painting in perfect condition. If however, there should be any damage to your shipment, claims must be placed immediately and directly with the carrier. All my paintings have arrived in perfect condition to this point, even large paintings sent overseas.
