Volunteer Work
2000 -2001 Jennifer was one of the main creators of the International Artist Exchange Program
between Canada and Croatai which organized four exhibitions in Canada and Croatia.
The project was supported by the Canadian Embassy, the Croatian Embassy, and the
Croatian Ministry of Culture.
1998 -2001 Jennifer was the volunteer visionary, director, and facilitator at the Intergenerational
Centre for Arts and Alternatives in Atikokan. This work included developing professsional
arts programming, securing funds for programming and for operating the facility through
grant applications, engaging in community outreach, and creating community arts
programming. Jennifer worked with approximately 15 other dedicated volunteers.
Together they successfully created the art centre in Atikokan.
1995 - 2000 Volunteer director of the Atikokan Creations Theatre. This theatre was partially
funded by the OAC.
